Privacy policy

De Mannen van Delft B.V. runs Rankwriter and is responsible for the personal data described here. We only use it to provide the service.

What we store

• Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password.
• When you request access: your name, company, email, website, message and where you came from (campaign tags and the referring site). We use these only to contact you about Rankwriter.
• Company and billing details. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• What you put into Rankwriter: sites, topics, brand settings, posts and approval history.
• Access keys for the website platforms you connect, used only to place and publish your posts.

Who processes it for us

• Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) to write posts and create images. Your content is sent to them for that purpose only.
• Stripe for payments and invoices.
• Resend to send approval and account emails.
• Semrush and Google Search Console for keyword and search data, when you use SEO planning.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active, and 90 days after you cancel. Invoices are kept for the period Dutch tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at support@rankwriter.one. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

Rankwriter only uses cookies that are needed to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
