Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Rankwriter, a service of De Mannen van Delft B.V. ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you sign up for.

The service

Rankwriter generates blog posts with AI based on your topics and settings, checks them and places them as drafts in the website platforms you connect. A post is only published after it has been approved in Rankwriter. You remain responsible for the content you approve and publish, including its accuracy and any rights to images or quotes in it.

Your account

• Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
• Only connect websites you are authorised to manage.
• Do not use Rankwriter for unlawful, misleading or spam content.

Plans, trial and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. New accounts get a 7-day free trial; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before. Each plan has a monthly number of posts, sites and AI images. Unused posts do not carry over to the next month. Prices exclude VAT.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months. After cancellation we keep your data for 90 days so you can come back, then delete it.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Rankwriter available and correct, but AI output can contain errors, which is why every post needs your approval. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that caused the damage, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
